BORGO TEPOLINI is a bed and breakfast, whose structure is drawn to 'inside of a residence of the seventeenth century, surrounded by a park of 4,000 sqm. between chestnut trees, olive trees and a lush orchard. The bed and breakfast is located in the homonymous district of Tepolini about 2 km from the center of Castel del Piano and 3 km from Seggiano, in the Val d'Orcia Grossetana. The careful restoration has allowed to keep intact the original character of the house, bringing to light ancient lintels, stairs and walls in "tuff" characteristic of the area, but at the same time, provide it with all the modern comforts needed for a stay of all 'teaches relaxation in a friendly atmosphere. The village enjoys a special microclimate that feels "fresh breath of the mountain and the sea tepid breath away." From the park you can enjoy a magnificent view of some of the neighboring historic villages as Seggiano, Montegiovi, Montelaterone. Located on the outskirts of Perugia, Casale MilleSoli is a Bed & Breakfast where you can stay at reasonable rates in welcoming rooms suitable for a relaxing stay, for tourism, business trips, for long and short periods, for families, couples or groups. The Thousand Suns site, originally called Magionaccia, was classified in 1647 by the Historical Archives of the Church as an imposing house standing at the centre of the property featuring one hundred olive trees estimated to be about 300 years old. The property covers an area of 1 hectare within a wildlife and historical reserve. Its privileged position, with a 360-degree panorama, ensures exposure to the sun from sunrise to sunset, when the sun-light is reflected on the stone of the country house. The "Casale MilleSoli" was completely renovated in 2008, retaining intact the characteristics of the site and the original materials . It is made up of a central body, and a smaller side structure , joined together by a small alley (called Vicolo del Bacio/alley of the kiss) of a medieval character. The Bed & Breakfast is set up on two independent levels: the ground floor, of about 100 square metres, includes the reception area as well as a reading corner , dining room, a sitting area and a kitchen. Our guests reach the first floor via an internal staircase, where they can admire a well–lit corridor with exposed beams .This floor consists of three guest rooms. In the adjacent wood there are several paths for short or long walks to enjoy the countryside or relax in the magnificent three-hundred year old olive grove .

The journey through the splendours of the Umbrian landscape leading you to "La Collina" will also give you a taste of the active stay you can have there. Leaving behind you the main road, you will tackle a windy and mountainous road, getting narrower as you climb. You will leave your car atthe village car park, and finish the journey on foot to the very top of the village (please note that on arrival and departure, you can drive up to the top and drop your luggage). It is a little bit physical, but all worth it! As you walk through the meandering middle age streets of a perfect preserved village, the walls will tell you their back centuries. "La Collina" is a traditional family home, that was used as farm, where, at the time, animals occupied the ground floor and the family the first floor. Four separated apartments (of which two have a open fire) accommodate 2 to 6 people. The "agriturismo" has also a very nice lobby which is used as restaurant and bar. Don't miss, close by, the visit of "Cascate delle Marmore", the lake Piediluco and the city of Narni. The agriturismo is also close to san Gemini, Todi, Orvieto, Norcia, Cascia, ... All worth a visit. The youngsters (and/or the healty ones) will be able to enjoy the adventure park "Nahar" in the garden of the structure (Please refer to the "Other" tab for more information on the park). And to finish the picture, for the young ones (but also for the parents!!!!), discover the alpaca farm, this animal originating from the Andes, cousin of the camel and grown for its special wool
